Liked having central heating and an electronic key card in the double superior room. The location of this hotel next to sites like the Majorelle Garden and Rue Yves Saint Laurent, the medina and the Majorelle Garden was stunning and incredible. It also was down the alleyway.

What a real good stay, no complains at all. Perfect place with helpful staff and delightful views. Tidy and nicely furnished room with large bathroom. Unbeatable and stunning setting in the secure area, close to Marrakech in the future and the Majorelle Garden and Rue Yves Saint Laurent. Good service, amazing and marvellous breakfast.

The breakfast was tasty and the chef made delicious Moroccan crepes and omelettes. The location of the hotel was great, being in the heart of the medina. It made it easy to explore the surrounding areas. The staff was also friendly and helpful.
The beds were uncomfortable and the lighting in the room was poor. The bathroom didn't have a door, which lacked privacy.

This was a six day trip to celebrate my 50th birthday - I, Carol am in the hotel and catering trade and can be rather fussy. I was not disappointed. All of the staff who we came in to contact with were excellent. We had a warm welcome by Rashid who gave us a map and provided us with lots of useful advice and recommendations. As it was in November and a quiet time he let us choose our room. It was a difficult choice as all of the rooms were beautiful and typically 'Moroc style'. The place itself was very cosy, not too big. The staff were always polite, efficent and very helpful. They never tired of answering my scores of daily questions! My husband asked for an ice bucket for the bottle of champagnge that he sneaked in the suitcase for a birthday surprise for me. Of course they happily obliged and provided us with a beautiful ice bucket with leather handles! And two champagne glasses. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Tea, coffee, mineral water (and cake) was given to us for free, upon request. Thank you everyone at dar soukaina for making my birthday-holiday extra special. Carol and Narve
There was a little problem in our room with hot water, but once we address the problem it was soon put right. Well done staff!

Dar Soukaina is lovely, quiet, and cozy, in a good location in the medina. The staff is friendly and gracious.
Our "deluxe double" was not very deluxe--not as nice as the rooms shown in the pictures on Booked.net. The bed was hard and the pillows were even harder, with one thin blanket and an odd-sized sheet. Our dinner at the guesthouse was very mediocre.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were super friendly and helpful, going out of their way to ensure we had a great experience. The hotel itself was beautifully decorated and always clean. The location was perfect, easy to navigate and close to transportation options. The breakfast provided was delicious and the hotel facilities were top-notch.
Nothing for us.
